At Made to Fit, every product is crafted with care. As a young company specializing in custom-made production, we apply a strict return policy to ensure the sustainability of our model.
1. Custom / Made-to-Order Products
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for custom-made products based on client specifications.
This includes any changes in dimensions, shape, design, or any special requests.
Please double-check all your information before placing your order.
2. Standard Products (Non-Customized)
Returns are only accepted in the case of a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
No returns will be accepted for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or improper use.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Photo or video proof of the issue is required.
3. Return Conditions
All returns must be pre-approved by our team.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with complete packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error is confirmed to be ours.
4. Repair or Replacement
If a defect is confirmed, we will determine the best solution: repair, replacement, or partial refund, at our discretion.
No automatic full refunds will be granted.
